We're excited to share that our newly formed Governance V3 is already showing promise. This upgrade to the governance structure centres on integrating specialised committees dedicated to crucial areas like Marketing, Operations, Strategic Planning, and Game Design. We aim to refine our decision-making processes by tapping into diverse expert insights.
The IMC has now selected the first members for these newly established committees. We've brought a remarkable mix of talents, including leading figures from the DeFi space, regulatory experts, and innovators in GameFi. Their collective expertise is set to inject fresh perspectives and innovative ideas into the Illuvium ecosystem.
Given the exceptional talent pool, we have passed ICCP-16 to include five members per committee instead of the originally planned three and a Core Contributor. Here are the leaders joining our committees:
Operations Committee:
